Jesselton Extraordinary Court

The Jesselton Extraordinary Court was founded "under the protection of" the Estates-General after Estates' forces reconquered the city during the Questarian Civil War. The court is foundationally independent of the Estates-General, but all adjudication sought by Estates' forces in the Subcontinent has been referred, at least at first, to the Jesselton Extraordinary Court, and perhaps thereafter to another Court of Record. Prominent jurists from the Haversham Metropolitan Court and the Court of Maritime Settlement were persuaded to join the founding company of jurists of the Extraordinary Court, with the intention of creating an "impeccably credentialed and impeccably Questarian" orthodox Common Law court to preside over the "redemption of the Subcontinent".
